Each day begins and ends with a moment of connection. I greet every child with their choice of a hug, high five, or handshake—reminding them that they are seen, known, and loved. Throughout the day, I take time to celebrate each child’s unique gifts and to share the simple, powerful truth that God loves them. We close our time together by singing “I Am Special”—a joyful reminder that every child is wonderfully made and deeply loved by God.
