My favorite part of our preschool day is Star of the Week sharing time. I love to see what each child puts on their poster and learn more about their favorite things. I love seeing their confidence grow as they stand in front of their peers and share about themselves. It is always so exciting to see what they bring back in the Star of the Week bucket. Each of the 2-3 items they choose is like a little window, peeking in, seeing who they are, what they love, and what is important to them. I also enjoy watching the rest of the class get excited and ask them questions about the items they brought in to show us. We all get to learn a little more about each other, make connections and be proud of the unique child God has made each of us to be.
