Whether you’re helping kids, welcoming guests, supporting our community, or using creative or technical skills, there’s a place for you to jump in and contribute.
Serve at Church
Every Sunday—and all week long—hundreds of volunteers help make WLC a place of welcome, worship, and discipleship. From kids and youth ministry to hospitality, tech, music, care teams, and more, there’s a spot for every personality and skill set. When you serve, you’re helping people meet Jesus.
Serve the Local Community
We partner with schools, food shelves, and local organizations to meet practical needs, support vulnerable families, and bring hope to our neighbors. From packing backpacks for kids in foster care, to supporting trafficking survivors, to feeding the hungry—your time and compassion have impact. Some opportunities happen all year long, while others show up seasonally throughout the year. There’s always a place to jump in and serve.
Serve Globally
For many years, WLC has walked alongside trusted missionaries, children’s homes, churches, and Bible translation ministries across multiple continents. Whether through praying, giving, or joining a short-term mission team, you can be part of sharing Jesus’ love to the ends of the earth.
