Rosen & Oksana are involved in a variety of mission activities. They are based in Ternopil, Ukraine, where they focus on ministries to families and at-risk-children, including both gospel-based and life-skills training. Each year they travel to other international locations and conduct ministries with orphans and children who are victims of trafficking, summer camps and youth conferences. The Klepel's say they want to "continue showing the Father’s love to each child, loving them for who God made them to be, and helping them to find their identity in Christ. We believe that people are God's biggest treasure, and that’s why we are so passionate about investing in them."

Rosen was born in Bulgaria and spent his early youth in an orphanage. At age 12 he was adopted by an American missionary couple, and raised in Lake Elmo, MN. As a young adult he joined YWAM as a missionary. Oksana was born in Ukraine and has been with YWAM for 12 years. The two were married in 2017.
