As Matthew sits in a Tax Collectors booth, he is a slave to a life devoid of purpose. Out of this emptiness he hears the voice of Jesus calling him to leave the Tax Collector's booth and find a life of mission and purpose by following Him. This transforming moment calls for a response and that response is celebration as Matthew invites Jesus to his home for a special dinner.
